Our Full Planning Service package is designed for the wedding couple that would appreciate a professional planner to assist them with every detail of the wedding planning process. This may be the busy bride or the couple that wants collaboration with wedding planners. This package includes the following:

- Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
- Establishing priorities & developing a budget
- Vendor recommendations and collection of contracts
- Vendor management and communication
- Creation and assistance of a design scheme
- Wedding favors & accessories*
- Coordinating accommodations, transportation
- Up to eight (1 hour) meetings and coordination time
- Attendance at four (1 hour) vendor meetings*
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
pre wedding:
- Up to 12 hours on-site with your lead coordinator, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Set up of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
- Providing an emergency kit
- Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
